环境：
- Oracle VM
- Oracle Enterprise Linux5.3
- Siebel 8.1.1 +Chinese Package
- Database 11.1.0.7
由于Linux 的多个环境变量的问题折腾了好长时间才搞明白
最难受的是最后的一“哆嗦”，搞了好几天，才明白原来是License code 的问题。。
