The Oracle Japan Recruiting Team successfully launched a brand new recruitment website. The purpose of the website is to introduce Oracle Japan, its corporate culture, work environment and open positions to potential candidates in the market. The website has had more than 10,000 viewers during its peak month (Prior to the the new website, the old website had less than 2,000 viewers a month).

The website features a blog updated by our Recruiters periodically and corporate leaders' messages to share the most updated information to talents in Japan.

The Oracle Japan Recruiting Team is constantly seeking out innovative ways to approach talented people in the market. The team is currently promoting the team presence and open positions through the brand new website, recruiting blogs, and Web 2.0 tools including Linkedin and local SNS. In addition to the current content, the team is planning to expand the website to include a feature called, 'Oracle Recruiting Club.' The club will have its own SNS and mailing list. The candidates could register their member information without applying for specific open positions since the purpose of the club is to interact with candidates without any of their commitments.
