when JHeadstart 10.1.2 evaluation would be available?

The JHeadstart 10.1.2 evaluation version is already available for some time, you can download it from the "JHeadstart Product Center". If you mean the evaluation version of JHeadstart 10.1.3: that will come soon. We will post a blog entry when it's available.
