If you would like to get access to Oracle IRM quickly, we allow customers the ability to further evaluate how the technology would actually work with their own users, content and inside their IT infrastructure, by using Oracle's fully hosted IRM system. This can be made available to you for a short period of time.

After a quick meeting with you, we create one or more security classifications/policies which map to typical business use cases for protecting information, e.g. top secret projects or mergers and acquisition activities. We then identify someone in your organization to act as the manager for these classifications. This allows you to;

• Quickly get access to Oracle IRM's features without having to install any servers in your organization
• Add any users to the evaluation, both inside and outside your company
• Assign access rights to any of these users via the Oracle IRM Management Console
• Secure your own content and emails using Oracle IRM, allowing only the users you have added to have access… or not!
• Change access rights over time and simulate the changes in your business processes and reflect that with access to content
• View audit reports of everyone accessing your secure documents and emails
