JRockit Certified Reference Platform for Eclipse! (Migrated from the old BEA blog)

JRockit was recently (September 11th 2005) added to the reference platforms for eclipse. The first versions of JRockit to get certified were the 1.4 and 5.0 versions of JRockit R26.4 on Windows. The Linux certification is, of course, the next one in the pipe.

The next generation of JRockit Mission Control, code-named Energy (since it is mc^2), is going to be an RCP application, and thus based on Eclipse. We are also working on making Energy available as a set of plug-ins for Workshop/Eclipse.

For more information on JRockit Mission Control, please see the Mission Control Home Page.

For information on running Workshop for Weblogic on JRockit, please see my previous blog on the subject.
