Fishbowl will support your custom work

One of the benefits of highly customizable software is that it is extremely flexible. With a little configuration or a bit more coding you can have a solution tailored for your company, process, department or self. Oracle Universal Content Management is highly customizable software. It works just fine right out of the box, but most organizations want it to have their look and feel, their taxonomy, their security structure, integrate with their other enterprise apps etc.

But who supports the customizations? Even if you hire a firm to create the custom integrations or features, at best they guarantee those to be working the day they're done but not a day longer. Why? Because it's an open system and you can tweak their mods or blow them away just as easily as they created them.

Fishbowl Solutions, a long time UCM partner is now offering customization support. I found this out because they're supporting some custom work I created several years ago while I was still in Consulting services for Stellent. This means they are there to help bring custom features through product upgrades, troubleshoot issues if they arise, and answer questions that go beyond the scope of what product support can answer.

It's worth taking a look.
