OEL 4.7 is out

OEL 4.7 was released on ULN on August 1 2008.
There are 6 new channels, el4_u7_i386_base, el4_u7_i386_patch, el4_u7_x86_64_base, el4_u7_x86_64_patch, el4_u7_ia64_base, el4_u7_ia64_patch.
ISOs will be available as usual on eDelivery and OSS will have the SRPMs.

good afternoon,

thank you a lot for the information on this blog, shall we understand from the following "advisory" that the issue os fixed in RHEL kernel 2.6.9-78.0.1.EL?

(the note refers to bug Red Hat Bugzilla 455074 which refers to 453507. But none of these refer directly to 455525 which is mentioned in the Metalink note).
