What are we announcing?

We are pleased to announce the availability of Oracle E-Business Suite Secure Enterprise Search Solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite R11.5.10 customers. Following products are now available for customers to download via My Oracle Support (formerly known as OracleMetaLink).

Oracle Secure Enterprise Search (SES) is integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite applications Releases R11.5.10, R12.0.4 onwards and R12.1.1. Please see the following matrix for patch numbers.

Do I need any additional solution components?

Yes you need to have the following softwares to implement the whole solution.

• Oracle Secure Enterprise Search Release 10.1.8.4. Available here.
• Oracle Search Modeler Release 1.1 for E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10 and 12.1.1
• Oracle Search Modeler Release 1.0 for E-Business Suite Release 12.0.4+

Search Modeler is an optional component for E-Business Suite Release 12.0.x & 12.1.1 but it is mandatory for Release 11.5.10. Please follow my next post for Search Modeler announcement.
