Great information! With the immediacy of today's electronic communications, the importance of being proactive and conducting such an assessment before downtime occurs cannot be stressed enough. I think that this is a valuable tool for businesses, provided that Oracle representatives are available to guide those who may not have the technological savvy to understand all of the language in the assessment.
