Anyone out there?

We curriculum developers spend countless hours hovering over our scripts and simulators, trying to illustrate features in CRM On Demand so you can quickly see their benefits. And then we send our material out to the universe.

Who knows what the customers think? Well, maybe our consultant Toshi in Japan, maybe our product manager Pundir, maybe our instructor Manuel. But us? Never hear back! So please tell us you're out there, either enjoying or frustrated by our effort.

Did you like our Webinar series on Building Reports? Where did your mind drift in the 4-day Admin Essentials course? Do you even know how to find our knowledge base? Ever hear of our three forums, yes,
t-h-r-e-e forums, each dedicated to a different expert role?

Joanne Weston:

I like this blog. Please keep it up!! Curious though how you're promoting it. You mention the Admin essentials class. I took the class less than 2 weeks ago and this learning blog was not even mentioned! Suggestion: Send an email to everyone who attends/attended the training class. Thanks. Joanne

Denise:

I didn't know about this blog until the email arrived today telling me of new support information available in Metalink 3. I do like it though - and I'll certainly keep looking from now on.

Niels Rekers:

Hello,

As the previous 2 comments, I also didn't know about the blog till a while ago when I was searching for something about OD and in the search results I noticed this blog. I think it is a nice and informal way to give more information about the functionalities that are not covered in the course, maybe it is possible to also give more info about functionalities like widgets.

Kind regards,
Niels Rekers

Amit :
