How To Search the MetaLink Knowledge Library

  1. Click the Training and Support link that appears at the top of any CRM On Demand page.

  2. Click Search Knowledge.

  3. Sign in to MetaLink. If you have not yet registered, click Register Now and follow the instructions.

  4. Click the Knowledge tab.

  5. Next to Search By, select either Keyword or ID.

  6. Enter the keyword or ID in the empty text box, and click Go.
