Great concise interview. The product advances you are making with Social CRM are game changers. It's exciting to see the 800 pound gorilla get challenged!!!

I agree, great interview, in an economic downturn we definitely need to streamline the way we market our products or services, constantly monitoring our successes gives us a better insight into how to proceed in a cost effective way and some insights into customer retention.
