Netbeans 6.0 and JE
I just got through downloading Netbeans 6.0 beta 1 and playing with JE inside of it. At first glance, things look pretty nice.
- It has profiling built into the base package. I always liked the Netbeans profiler and now I don't even have to install an addin to use it.
- It makes it easier to stop running processes. Down in the lower right side where it says "running..." you can right click on that and it will give you some options.
- The debugger has some enhancements to it.
- It runs on any platform that has a JVM.
So I'm looking forward to playing with it.
