JE 3.2.13 is now available at http://download.oracle.com/berkeley-db/je-3.2.13.zip and http://download.oracle.com/berkeley-db/je-3.2.13.tar.gz.

- Three new parameters have been added to limit the amount of I/O performed by background threads.
- BigInteger is now supported as a binding, and in the DPL.
- Deferred Write mode is now available in the DPL.
- Several bug fixes.
