Arch2Arch Podcast Show Notes: Architecture Visibility, Part 1

The latest OTN Arch2Arch Podcast grew out of a Tweet, posted not long ago by Oracle ACE Director Lonneke Dikmans from Approach Alliance:  

"If you execute the architecture process well, other people don't notice your success. If you fail, they feel it's useless and slow... How can you make architectural success more visible in your organization?"

As soon as I saw that message I knew this would make for a great discussion on an Arch2Arch podcast.  I asked Lonneke to participate, and she suggested I also invite Mark Simpson – another Oracle ACE Director and the SOA lead at Griffiths Waite. To round out the panel I also invited Mans Bhuller and Pat Shepherd, enterprise architects with Oracle’s Enterprise Solutions group.

I think you’ll agree that  the combination of personalities and perspectives resulted in one of the most interesting Arch2Arch programs to date. Listen (mp3)
