This week’s OTN Arch2Arch Podcast features SOA author Thomas Erl and Oracle's David Chappell and Clemens Utschig-Utschig in a discussion of the participation of members of the Oracle community in the collaborative effort behind the book SOA Design Patterns. (Listen)
During the discussion Thomas Erl mentions two articles that were published in The SOA Magazine. Those articles are:
- SOA - Ready for Primetime: The Next-Generation, Grid-Enabled Service-Oriented Architecture
by David Chappell and David Berry - Next-Generation Grid-Enabled SOA: Not Your MOM's Bus
by David Chappell and David Berry
SOA Patterns, the companion website to the SOA Design Patterns book, offers more information on the various patterns, and includes a list of candidate patterns – patterns that are under community review prior to publication. Candidate patterns are still being accepted.
