SOA Governance Chatter

William Vambenepe jumps into the discussion of the evolution of SOA governance with a great round-up of recent  industry chatter on SOA governance in general and on the design-time/runtime divide, and offers this insight: 

 I like the approach of keeping SOA Governance closely integrated with the development and IT management infrastructures. At the cost of quoting myself (if I don’t, who will?) “it’s not just about managing Web services or Web sites, it’s about managing the whole SOA application”.
