Hi, Chris!
Long time!
I absolutely detest My Oracle Support in too many ways to even list here.

I love this survey. I think the % speaks volumes. However, the volume of voters does not SHOUT they way it could.
Spread the word. Spread the URL.

I was actually googling to find out how to do Admin Functions on My Oracle Support & ran across this site.
The search function is absolutely frustrating on MOS.
Even though I have gone through most of the training, I still cannot figure out how to do my daily duties on My Oracle Support.
What was wrong with Classic Metalink?

I think Karen McKee put it best.
The whole situation (poor UI, poor migration, loss of information) is just staggering. Bring back Metalink, please please please..... It worked, even though it did look a bit clunky in places.

Hi,
Since more than one and half month I can not request source program (CD) through "My Oracle Support". It hard for me to find out the item for product update when create SR unlike Metalink, I love Classic Metalink..

New support is an excellent example of "innovation" replacing an tool which worked. Cant beat Classic Metalink. Only to look up a SR in Oracle support, takes 10-15 minutes, madness.

Where do I start. It is a HUGE step backwards and I have even tried to complain about it (deaf ears)... funnies thing is when you try and complete the online survey to "improve" the survey crashes as soon as you put anything negative in... Guess Larry has all bases covered with that one!

Guess oracle doesn't wants to support any of its customers and wants to make money only. From morning i have been trying to open and update an SR it keeps going off and doesn't respond takes a great deal of time to load a page. Why would someone change a solution that was working perfectly fine.
