Where do I learn more about Agile PLM Service Packs 9.2.2.5 and 9.2.2.6?

Since the release of Agile PLM 9.2.2.4, there have been two service packs - 9.2.2.5 and 9.2.2.6. Prior to the Oracle acquisition of Agile, Agile would add new features in each service pack (SP). This led to some confusion about which features are available within each service pack. After Agile PLM 9.2.2.4, service packs under Oracle comply with Oracle policy to be defect only. There are no new features in 9.2.2.5 and 9.2.2.6. This policy enables our customers to apply SPs more easily without user disruption and with lower risk.

Blog postings for the Service Packs are at 9.2.2.5 Where is the software, Metalink patchset 7301266, and 9.2.2.6, Metalink patchset 7715201.

Readmes can be downloaded as a part of the Metalink IDs referenced in those Blog posts as well as on the Agile Documentation page at http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/agile.html. The readmes for 9.2.2.5 and 9.2.2.6 will communicate which defects are fixed in each release.

Oracle Agile PLM will continue to release Service Packs on a regular basis as well as launching the next major release this year. Oracle will be providing extensive documentation and training on the contents of that major release.
