Oracle9i JDeveloper Version 9.0.4.3 (build 1471) is available on OTN.
It may look surprising we still provide new releases of this old JDeveloper version.
The reason is that JDeveloper 9.0.4 is the last version of JDeveloper without the ADF (Application Development Framework).
End of support is foreseen in December this year.
So if you still use this version, we recommend that you migrate to JDeveloper 10.1.2 or 10.1.3
