Nice. But if I have a feature request, where do I go? I'de like the ability to use generic types in my UML class diagrams, but I can't find a page where I can submit issues to on the oracle website, so now I'm posting it here.

If you have access to MetaLink (it requires a support licence for Oracle products), then the best is to create a Service Request there. If you do it this way, you'll be able to track down your Enhancement Request through the MetaLink web site (f.ex. be notified when it's updated).
Otherwise, post your enhancement request on the JDeveloper OTN Forum
A lot of people from Oracle (product managers and developers) are monitoring this forum.
